Error while rexecuting QuEST.

I am try to use QuEST with my chip seq aligned data from bowtie but I am unable to use it??

can anybody please help me out!!

Bowtie format is no longer supported. It might have changed since last time I looked at it.

The best is to use SAM files. BWA will produce those.
