Dear all,
We have had a request to hold a meeting to consider who the representative for the allotment should be.

The meeting will be held at the allotment at 2pm on Sunday the 11th of November.

If you would like to vote or stand please reply to this mail and/or turn up on the day.

A poster will be put up on the allotment advertising this meeting.
