Clicking send to project while I'm logged in gives error

I've installed the software and it looks great. One problem, when I go to "Send A Project" I get an error like this:

Internal error

Hi Dave,

The error is because don't have a terms of use text in the database.

I fix it just now in github, please pull the changes, and enter in the admin panel, click in the Terms of Use option and insert a text.

Hi Relsi, I re-installed the software using the latest from github. 

The terms of service works now, but now I get the same errors when I go to "Website Info", "Website Images", "Email Settings" and "Payment settings".

Hi Dave, try it:

Access: https://your-domain.com/your-app-name/appadmin

Open the table db.system_texts, so add some text and save. Return to the site Admin Panel. This should fix.

Well try the same with the others configurations, because I could not reproduce the error here:

db.website_info
db.email_settings

if the bug keep happening , I can send to you a sample setting package, you import, and after, change the data.

We make now the installation on a production server (in Amazon Web Services) and it working properly.

Is a translation problem, the system still have some words in portuguese, here we don't see it because is our language, so we have not error =)

I'm fix it soon in the repository, but now make this:

in the line 468 of the controller adminpanel.py just change the word "Inserir" for "Insert", or just comment this line

 Do the same in the line 503 and 523
