okfn open science working group

Hi all,

I am hoping that people will be interested in talking about the open
science projects that the OKFN (open knowledge foundation) works on,
particularly the Open Research Data Handbook.

There are other okfn projects that look interesting, but I don't have
enough time to do everything, and I think I could help with the
