Update to record for North Wind Riki - Concerns required by Thursday 8pm EST

OK, there has been limited discussion and no dissent to updating North Wind Riki's record to reflect the DOB and name on the Certificate of Transfer from Ron McJunkin to Rick Strle (note: I'm hoping to publish that document here for all in the next few days).

So- I am proposing we change the CPP Record to which will hopefully in the future allow people to link it to both the UKC and AKC records.  

North With Riki or Rikki (of Bear Creak)    DOB 2/28/86

If anyone disagrees with this, please note your concerns by Thursday 8pm EST.
