NW reconnoitering(s) from Atholl: UPDATED gleaning(s)!

OK, so today's good news is how when I asked Nancy B this Winter to also please go back & review any/All Notes these NW dogs/litters which she too might have kept from Harry's later years, & all her own further researches pre UKC/AKC foundation(s) these issues, etc.; She kindly did so & provided me with another batch of her Notes then this week. 

All of which both sets me back and forward these NW issues, admittedly.  So here's my current plan of action(s) without losing sanity(ies) yet then--

SOON as I get my NW spreadsheet further UPDATED with these Notes of Nancy's/Harry's (1997/1998) as also compared with Notes of Joyce' & Marra's (1988-1998 or beyond) (as well as my OWN Notes!) thereon--

I will Share it back with Karen H and Corine, to ask for their continued corrections/gleanings, aye!

Because basically; Harry did advise Nancy during her NOV 1997 visit with him at Caribou, ME, the following (quoted from Nancy's email to me of yesterday)--

'11/97:

"Hoonah's second litter had a black pup." So this was before I knew about Colby or any other black Chinooks and it would have been Hoonah's first litter with Kiska, not the second.'

 

So after also requesting of her to PLEASE ask CCA to DROP all Color DQs NOW, even if she could only do so by adding any add'l breeders ethics rule(s) how NO breeder will seek to purpose breed ANY AKC 'ee' or 'aa' CHINOOK Litters here forward, etc.  I'm back to my also real researches works here today.

For Nancy also provide more useful gleanings of Harry's then on the NW dogs transports from NW to him, and other dogs from elsewhere, etc.  ALL of which Notes will soon be within my NW Sheet.

BUT NOTE how Harry affirmed to Nancy in winter 1997/98;

Hoonah and 3 'light' Males came in FIRST load to him from Medford OR; Where

10-12 dogs came in SECOND load to him also from Medford OR; Including Kiska, Sheena, Tia, & Nome, aye. 

So we've all got more homework cut out for us yet then, since he also told Nancy how Y Mac and Cassie came to him from HELEN C and not from Ron or Pete A !

So FAR then; SEEMS to me how these Notes further clarify/exclude ANY of the half dozen or so add'l dogs which TJ A said he TOO transported in early 1988 to Harry;  SOME of which I think he said were also Ron's?  Dunno, that's what we need to rework, vet/validate further next then, imo.

For ALL of this is both difficult as well as GOOD news then by me this hour.  So back to work now, as I need to Update my NW sheet, then share it back again with Karen H and Corine at least, next then.

For these works too remain a real feed IN to continued COA/UKC posits, and have been since 2014 again here, yes.  So I stand squarely behind ALL my own amateur researches both within COA as well as hereon CPP still this hour.  As I do my homeworks well, then as now; And that too remains well proven within Chinooklands since 1996.
