Updating of www.chinooklibraries.org

[Diedre Conkling]

I have taken off of the webpage the links to Chiltons and Zinio.  The public libraries are no longer subscribing to these databases.

I have tried to correct the urls for Neighbors for Kids and OCCC.  I was easily able to change OCCC but Neighbors for Kids is still not working.  It will be soon.
