suggestion for webcast thumbnail viewing problem

Hari Om,

We have reports that at times there are no thumbnails visible
eventhough there is a webcast live going on. This is probably due to
the delay experienced in fetching the content and showing it in on the
page. If you are facing this problem, please refresh the page number
of times. Mostly the problem would be solved and you would be able to
see the thumbnail.
If the problem persists please switch the browser. You can see the
webcast in any popular browsers: mozilla firefox, internet explorer,
google chrome, apple safari. Google chrome is faster in download and
installation whereas firefox has been found to give the best result.
