Firefox ChinesePera-Kun Extension
I literally just learn how to do this from a coworker.

If your friend uses Firefox as the webbrowser, he can download the
ChinesePera-Kun extension. Once it is enabled, he/she can move the
mouse pointer over a Chinese character and a pop up will come up with
the English meaning and also the pingyin for it. It is great for
people like me who wants to learn pingyin
