It is a distinct privilege to announce that the New World Bilingual
Institute (NWBI)’s

NWBI Dragon Dance Team of 24 members (The Only Chinese /Asian Team)
were Officially Invited and Selected to Represent the Chinese
Consolidated Benevolent Association (CCBA)of all Chinese American to
perform at parade and

in front of VIP President’s stage at 44th President Obama 2009
PRESIDENTIAL INAUGURAL CEREMONY PARADE/ VIP STAGE On January 20
INAUGURAL Day.

The New World Bilingual Institute (www.nwbi.us) is a non-profit
educational institute that was established in1994 in the Commonwealth
of Virginia. NWBI is dedicated to Promote Chinese and American
heritage through an array of programs emphasizing World Language and
cultural prospective and practice, leadership and communication
enhancement, community service actions and lifelong learning
resources. These programs are centered on ethical values that enrich
the diverse way lives of United States and the world. It provides a
spectrum of ongoing opportunities, Various Professional Development
that helps all ethnic groups people of all ages to learn, understand
and appreciate the languages and cultures in fostering the greater
harmony and achieving the success nationally and Internationally.

NWBI World Cultural Expo Dragon Dance Team has been contributing the
talents and strengths to perform with Chinese American Pride in
various venues for more than 15 years. It has been putting vigorous
efforts and made the grand success in the Annual Asian Pacific
Heritage Month Celebrations, Metro Washington DC Area Chinese New Year
Parades, the 2008 Olympic Art Sculpture Exhibition Opening Ceremony at
George Mason University, and many other Exhibition Presentations in
schools, organizations and community.

NWBI World Cultural Expo Dragon Dance Team members are all elite High
school students from Northern Virginia and Maryland. The elite team
determines to maintain its outstanding skills and flexibilities by
disciplined practicing regularly 2 to 3 hours twice or more a week.

For the upcoming PRESIDENTIAL INAUGURAL PARADE Practice dates and
times will be 1-3 PM, January 10,11,17, 18, 19 , in front of Thompson
Hall of George Mason University Fairfax Campus.
