ChineseSSSR论坛注意事项：

1、此论坛由杨凤岗博士在雅虎创立于2003年11月18日，于2013年6月迁居谷歌。成员居住于中国大陆、亚洲其它国家和地区、北美、欧洲、澳洲等地，其中少数人不能阅读中文。发帖邮件大部分使用中文，但也欢迎英文帖。This group was established on November 18, 2003 at Yahoo.com by Dr. Fenggang Yang, and migrated to Google.com in June 2013. The subscribers live in mainland China, other parts of Asia, North America, Europe and Australia. Most of the postings are in Chinese, but we welcome postings in English as well. The majority of people can read English.

10、如果遇到乱码问题，邮件中出现了乱码怎么办？

很多中文邮件打开后是乱码，绝大多数情况不是发送方的问题，而是由于你所使用的电脑软件的设置不能自动调整。解决办法是调整相应的选项。近期发到论坛上的邮件有两种中文编码，一种是 UTF-8（Unicode，所有语言的通用码），这已经成为很多电子邮件的默认编码。另外一种是 GB2312 或 GB18030（中文简体国标码），中国大陆的很多电脑可能目前仍然默认这种编码。

在各种电子邮件软件中，都会有一个地方供你选择页面字码。

比如，在雅虎邮箱：如果你收到的邮件显示为乱码，调整编码的方法是：打开显示为乱码的邮件，点击右下角或右上角的“选择邮件编码”（more actions -> set encoding），在编码列表中选择正确的编码类型即可。

也可以尝试在邮件页面，单击鼠标右键，从“编码”中选择正确的编码类型即可。一般选择UTF-8，不行就试简体中文（GB2312），或者其它的。
如果使用Outlook，每次在给ChineseSSSR发出邮件之前，特别在编码选项GB2312，读者遇到编码问题较少，如果选其它编码，或者让它自动选码，则总会有人看到的是乱码。
使用其它邮件软件的人，可能还有相应的问题和解决方法，请咨询你们单位的相关技术人员，如果你找到了解决方式，希望提供给大家。
另外，这个论坛群设定了邮件控制，因此截留了一些不相干或不必要邮件。如果你的邮件不是给整个群的，而是给某个人的，请不要使用自动的“回复”功能，而是在收信人栏特别输入他或她的邮箱地址。
