We're on the hunt for 50 casual facilitators to join our team across the country! Our facilitators are the face of all our programs! You'll have the awesome job of being on the ground connecting with young people, inspiring them to take charge of their health and wellbeing. The role works in a way you can fit it in perfectly with uni or other part time/casual work. But did you ever think that, hey, YOU are someone special in your life? Why not make this day about loving yourself? You can't love someone else until you truly love yourself. Here are our top 3 tips on what to do for you. 1. Start your day with a positive affirmation. Start your day by acknowleding something positive about yourself. Is there something you've done recently you're proud of? Were you kind to a stranger yesterday? Have you made someone laugh recently? 2. Do something that makes you feel good. Whether it's a beach swim, a workout session, treating yourself to Messina or spending some time buried in a good book - do it for you! 3. Write down FIVE things you like about yourself. We dare you!
