Note that the "Pinyin Joe" site has been updated for Vista, and is now
called the Chinese Computing Help Desk:

People have asked in the past about whether there is a site like the
[chinese mac] site for Windows, and this is now the closest thing. I
even see him struggling with some of the same evolutionary problems I
have in the past. He's not dealing with the kind of wholesale and
rapid change the Mac community has seen since Kerim and I began
working on the Chinese Mac FAQ (now the [chinese mac] site), but I see
an effort to put together a structure that can absorb new Windows
versions in the future, which is a good sign.
