如果您的孩子或有中国或美国朋友的孩子在学习乐器，请考虑仔细阅读关于UD第二届国际名家音乐节（MPF）（双语）的介紹及邮件最后的介绍音乐节的YouTube纪录短片 . MPF今年将推出的中国民乐器，世界音乐/世界音乐体验，及7月30日的全美私利高中及大学年会。我们也将給部分说双语的美国华人学生提供音乐节工作助学金。

I would like to take this opportunity to introduce you to the第二届国际名家音乐节（双语） second annual Master Players Festival (MPF) at UD for the talented young musicians. Here is a press release sent to the public yesterday.

MPF inaugural season last summer was a big success, we had many music students from the U.S., China, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Singapore. This year, MPF accepts applicants who play any orchestral instruments and conducting. We will also offer Jazz/world music workshops, Little Masters Camp for young musicians under 10-15, and an Arts Education Fair that features representatives from prestigious boarding schools with strong music programs and major music conservatories/colleges.

SPECIAL RATE & ASSISTANTSHIPS

As a special offer from MPF, local (tri-state region) students’ application fee is 50% of the regular rate($50 instead of $100 or $150 late fee), they can apply by the late application deadline date: Feb 28, 2016 without paying the late fee. For students who do not require housing, the tuition is lowered from $2500 to $1950.

We have many competitive assistantship positions for high school seniors and college students (RAs, counselors, TAs with $1,000 awards for full time participants interviewed/accepted by MPF administrators) specifically made available to local high school students full time participating MPCS.
