About the Job
R & X Industries is currently seeking Associate Operations Manager in the Newport, Delaware to work in the communication between R & X Industries and its overseas suppliers. The Associate Operations Managers work closely with the Sales Manager to ensure that the workload remains balanced and on target to achieve the daily plan.

Special Requirements: Fluent in both English and Chinese
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Controls work release to the various departments
2. Keep system workload in balance
3. Direct work cell supervisors in their daily tasks
4. Recognize system issues and quickly react to them
5. Monitor mechanized systems and dispatch response teams to trouble zones
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Familiar with all Microsoft applications
2. Familiar with Quick book
3. Processing daily documents
4. Manage daily accounts
