比我最近在 MediaMarkt 买的 Akai 99 欧的 autoradio 功能强，那个 4x40W, 没有 ipod direct，只有 3x6 preset FM radio (没有 AM)，不支持 OGG 格式。带一个外接 mic可以引出安装到适当位置，可以安装在比如方向盘和仪表盘之间的位置，离驾驶者位置近一些。

这个 radio 似乎面板上内藏 mic。品牌差不多，都不是名牌。这两种 radio 都能插入 SD 卡播放其中的 mp3，但是 Akai 不支持 SDHC 卡，而目前市场上高于 2G 的 SD 卡基本上都是 SDHC 卡。Autovision AV-8940BT 则不知道是否支持 SDHC。更多功能介绍：[2][3]。产品手册上说功率是 4x55W，照片上标注是 4x40W。有一些荷兰[3]德国[4]用户的评价。

iPod 连接汽车音响播放音乐的方式：

1. 音频线直接从耳机插口接到 radio 的 aux in，控制操作需要在 iPod 上完成。缺点是开车时不便于操作 ipod，而且外接线干扰驾驶操作。
2. 支持 iPod direct 接口或者外接电缆的 radio，可以直接在 radio 上控制 iPod 的播放，同时给 iPod 充电。外接线干扰驾驶操作。
3. 购买一个 iPod Bluetooth 外接模块[1](约 60 欧)插在 iPod 上，在支持 Bluetooth A2DP audio streaming 的 radio 中播放。
4. 购买一个 audio FM 无线发射器(约 25 欧)，然后在 radio 上调谐到设定的频率收听。这种效果最差，适合没有外接音频输入口的 radio。
5. 如果是 tape radio，可以购买一个音频通过磁带盒输入的装置，插入磁带位置，输入插头插在 iPod 耳机输出插口。效果不是很好。

用一个音频线连接 Aux 音频输入插口，最便宜。以前一直觉得 iPod 这么流行，而实际上不过是一个 mp3 播放器而已，价格太贵了。后来使用时稍作研究，仔细看看相关的 wikipedia 词条，发现其设计确实堪称经典，简单概念中有神奇。怪不得 iPod, iPhone 几乎成为工业设计领域的经典案例，每次讨论到设计的例子必提，类似于想到水果的例子，大部分人就会提“苹果”一样。围绕 iPod 已经形成一个文化，一个产业，相关的配件多如牛毛。

Autovision AV-8940BT 连接 iPod 需要另外购买专用的连接电缆。几个星期前在 MediaMarkt 看到过 Pioneer autoradio 价格在 100 欧多一些，支持 iPod 播放，附送 iPod 连接电缆，但是不支持Bluetooth 免提通话。
