最近一个教授出差去罗马尼亚回来，说到他在罗马尼亚用了ABN AMRO
银行卡提款。回到荷兰以后，他发现当他人在 Schiphol
机场的时候，远在罗马尼亚有人从他卡上转走一笔钱，而卡还在他自己身上。没有银行卡和密码计算器，正常情形下无法进行转账操作，除非被破解。他把异常情况报告了银行。银行查了说转账本身正常，这令教授怀疑可能是罗马尼亚的 ABN AMRO
银行职员内部有人盗窃。银行替他取消了这笔异常转账，因为银行买了保险，被窃资金可以由保险公司赔付。
最近 ABN AMRO 信用卡公司写信给我要我打电话去确认几笔可疑的交易。我打电话去问了，他把 2
笔可疑交易报给我听，可在电话里面很难听明白究竟是什么样的收款方，一笔似乎是我从没听说的网上服务的订阅，总之我莫名其妙。他向我确认最后一笔正常消费是在捷克的宾馆支付房费。然后他告诉我，这些可疑收款都被拒绝了，没有造成损失，所以我最近几个月都没有收到信用卡帐单。但是为了安全，将给我重新换发一张卡。
这张信用卡，我曾经在网上订购美国可信的书店的书籍，在 ebookers.nl 订购机票 (经验是，在
ebookers 查询航班信息，然后到相应的航空公司网站去订票，价格更低，而且可选航班更多)，其它都是通过 paypal
支付的，应该不会泄露信用卡信息。而在荷兰境内从没用过信用卡，因为到处都可以用银行支付卡。不明白是在何处可能泄漏信用卡信息给恶意盗窃者的。
在国外用带有 Maestro
标记的银行支付卡也可以刷卡签名消费，而不用输入密码，类似信用卡的方式。我在比利时的餐馆用过，并收到银行结账。不知道安全性如何。
另外有朋友曾经在 Delft 火车站取款后丢失 ABN AMRO
银行卡，数小时内，被盗取大笔钱。可见银行卡即便有四位密码，依然有安全漏洞，可能是使用方法上的，也可能是系统本身的。
网上交易的骗局，也是比比皆是，需要特别谨慎。

我最近在MARKTPLAATS上卖电脑，结果今天有个人发EMAIL给我说：
他可以先把钱汇给我，因为他说他不在荷兰，然后让我把电脑寄给他在尼日利亚的朋友，当作生日礼物。
我怎么想怎么有问题。。。因为据说荷兰的银行可以把已经汇出去的钱给要回来，所以我怕当他收到电脑之后再把汇给我的钱拿回去。。。。

不可能的,如果他把钱汇到了你帐上,按照荷兰的法律,银行是不负责任的.

对方划到你的帐户的钱，除非收款人的姓名，帐号错了，银行要退钱给对方，需要你的同意。
保留好你们的对话纪录，发货证据，marktplaats对买家和卖家，都有很多交易注意事项提醒，仔细看。通过paypal付款收款也一样。
麻烦的是对方收货后，老是缠着你吵，说你货不对版，说你配件不齐，所以，最好每一件东西一个包装地寄，例如主机，打印机都单独包装寄，保留好发货单。
最好双方都用固定电话联系［以都是荷兰的号码最好］，并且通过FAX把双方签名的合同互双传送。

其实如果不是很希望多卖点钱，拿到二手店卖算了，或者在超市的报告栏插个纸条。

汇款后，500欧元以上的汇款，他们可以在几天内要求退换回来。这样他们损失的是25欧元的手续费。这个，去年电视台就播过了，凡是尼日利亚的，基本都是骗子。骗术各种各样。如果你相信了，你就可能要承担经济损失。还是正经卖给荷兰人，但是一般价格会很低。

如果想稳妥的话，可以这样做：
1。给对方acceptgiro［纸的付款请求卡］，对方签名后交给银行，这样的付款方法是不可以退的。
2。如果对方用网上汇款，告诉对方一周后才发货，钱到帐超过一周，是不可以退的。

荷兰2007年开始实验两种新型的电子acceptgiro,如果成熟推广了，这种付款方法也是不能退的，看以后吧。

骗子特点，用英语给你回信，即使我是用荷兰语发帖卖东西的。 主动要你的账号，并告知他们会主动承担运费，这个是诱饵，太傻比了，中国人一看就知道有阴谋，不过骗老外挺管用的。

这么简单的谎言..根本不用听的...晕啊...这人是TMD的SB一个...脑子不好编这么个SB的借口....在荷兰买2手电脑给在泥日你啊的朋友做礼物....哪个去相信他估计也要当SB了...
下次他再打电话问你就当他SB...MP上面骗子多...不当面交易的最好都不要信....折腾你把东西寄出去收不到钱怎么办...要是LZ不相信GGD的同仁给你的警告...你也可以等他把钱寄给你然后把东西记出去...把凭据留着到时候可以跟警察或者银行解释
