We are looking for you as Intern Formal Verification (f/m).

The intern will implement the VHDL, Verilog designs, System Verilog Assertions (SVA), and TCL scripts to improve our Formal Property Verification (FPV) support. Duties will include modification or implementing of the current VHDL examples and SVAs, implementing new TCL scripts for the tasks related to formal verification. The intern will also write the documentation for the examples, and put the materials (examples and documentations) on the SharePoint site. 

Qualifications

 
Minimum:

Skills:
- familiarity with hardware description language such as VHDL, Verilog, and System Verilog Assertion (SVA)
- Analytical skills for problem abstraction
- Familiarity with a common EDA verification tool for digital IC design
- Basic knowledge of engineering practices for version control
- Knowhow of TCL scripting language.
- Knowhow of the formal verification method
- Technical writing skill in English.

Experience:
through coursework, internships, or personal projects: 1+ year experience in applied digital VLSI design or functional verification.

Preferred:

Skills:
- solid experience in SystemVerilog Assertions (SVA)
- Experience of at least one formal verification tool such as Mentor 0in, Cadence IFV, Onespin, Jasper, etc.
- Experience in TCL
- Expert knowledge of VLSI logic design
- Familiarity with Formal Verification
- Broad theoretical knowledge of IC digital design.

Experience:
through coursework, internships, or personal projects: 2+ years of experience implementing VLSI design or functional verification, and/or 1+ years� experience in Formal Verification

彩弹这个，有好多人都说感兴趣，但是好多人都不能定下来。 这样就没办法组织了。 如果谁肯定想去的话， Email联系我一下吧，

现在已经有：老杨，XuYang，LiHualin， WangYing，SongJingSheng，LIUJun。 还有两个位置。 

时间大概定在某个工作日的下午，因为老杨周末一直都没有时间。 时间大概是7月17,18,19，25,26,27其中一天的下午，大概4点多从公司出发。 路上估计需要1个小时。 大概晚上10点多回来。
