Travel Phone Card is sold on New York City's streets at places like Chinatown,
etc. It offers $0.69/min to China, but people can pay $10 to buy a $20 face
value card.

It's well known in the following features:

1. 1-800 access number ALWAYS busy.
2. The actual rates ALWAYS fluctuate, on a weekly basis.

And rumor says it's business controled by the Gangs. You should buy the card on
the following promises:

1. Make sure the 800 lines can get thru on the spot of purchase
2. Make sure the dollar amount and minutes are correct.
3. Make sure you can use it up everything within a week!

I know of a card that can let you call China at $0.54/min. Three features are:

1. Toll free access lines easy to connect: try 1-800-877-9901
2. The rate of $0.54 will not change for at least 6 month.
3. Quick connection, and clear voice transmission.
