现有Brighton Village一室一卫公寓转租。地理位置方便，步行可至韩国超市，NIST和餐馆，开车5-10分钟可达NIH shady grove campus，downtown crown，rio和shady grove地铁站。

现租金为$1205/mo，6月1日起租，租期一年。您也可以选择sublease，租期至11月底。如有需要，搬入时间可具体商议。

Brighton Village has adjusted their rents based on the market price. The current rent for my apartment has been adjusted to $1285/mo. Please note that this apartment has new carpet, new kitchen appliance and there're ceiling fans in the living room and the bedroom, Besides, there is also a separate dining room in this spacious apartment.
For those interested in this apartment but have concerns about the price, I am willing to give $500 bonus for move-in by June 1st. You will start a new 12 month lease under the market price, which may be different from the price as of today. Another option we may discuss about is that you may take over my lease for $1125/mo till the end of November. Please send me an email and we can talk about the details.
By the way, this apartment is on the ground floor with a patio. The neighbors are quite and friendly.
