请教gap退货的问题

之前给孩子在gap网站买了衣服，请问可以去店里面退货吗？哪位有经验可以分享一下，衣服没有动过票据都在

一般情况下都是可以的，除非是购买时标注了final sale, no return.

每个online store都有详细的Return & Exchange policy，一般在网站底部。现在网上下单第一件事就是check return 的 time frame，可否退到店里以及邮费如何charge。通常网购是可以退到店里，只记得H&M不行。有时也分retail store和department store，像kiehl's官网就只能退到专卖店，百货的柜台都不接受，除非是在百货的网站买。

For Gap, Banana Republic, Old Navy, and Athleta items, you can return merchandise purchased online to the appropriate store. For example, if you bought an item on Gap.com, you can return it to a Gap retail store, but not to an Old Navy store. 

You have up to 45 days to return items purchased at Gap, Old Navy and Banana Republic.

Gap是free return的，到你的order里去打印repaid shipping label，放到UPS或者USPS的drop box就行(比如扔到NIH Bldg31的大厅)。

感谢大家的热情回复，昨天在网上给gap客服写邮件已经成功取消订单了，所以不要去退货了，它家48小时都能取消订单的。
