Break out in my patient

My child with the itchy rash now has break out little red bumps that progressed to these little follicular heads which are today only painful to touch. It is all over. He has a red bump break out randomly a few times a year. Mom unaware of any precipitating food activity or event. These pictures are day 2 and he did not complain when he took a shower tonight. Any ideas? Of course last year his allergist out him on an antibiotic. The rash took the same amount of time to heal as without the antibiotic
