tongue tie

Hi all,

I have an 8 week old boy coming into my office. I haven't seen a tongue tie in several years in my office. I have not seen him yet, from what I know he has a posterior and lip tie along with a high palate. I would love any information regarding how to look at this from a CM perspective and any other information would be greatly appreciated.
