Hello Cheryl,
I would recommend tapioca flour (powder) baths with one cup per bath and not using soap.  I would add lavender oil 15 drops to the bath too. This will help relieve the skin and soothe the spirit.

White flower oil is also good for the itch but don't get it in the eyes!

When anger or sadness come on let him smell some lavender oil. Ideally have the family get some acutonics to use on him.  This really helps my Fire Dog nephew when he has episodes. What year was your patient born in?

Rub his feet with lavender oil before sleep and make him feel trusted.  Fire needs trust.

I would put him on HMF probiotics and krill oil (inflammation) instead of children DHA, & quercetin (inflammation)

Take him off white refined sugar which increases inflammation and reduces immune system.

I would think Wood builder might be a good formula for him to address the anger and nourish his fire.  He needs to have a way to express himself in any of the arts.  Fire is in the magic and the magic is the fire.

Best to all, Louisa
