help with a year old earth baby

Stephen, Efrem our group practitioners,

please help me to figure out what it happening to this baby

12 months old slim Earth baby

generally no health issues, occasional  constipation since birth

healthy home birth, breast fed, wax free

3 weeks ago got a stomach virus from his brothers ( loose white undigested  diarrhea for a week), we used Tummy Tamer and Grow and Thrive at low dosage    

5-10 drops 3 times per day

probiotics

within one week stool became formed, but immediately switched into constipation, hard clay like stool and pebbles 

at the same time strong night symptoms started:

happy playful baby all day/ good appetite/ great mood/ sleeping/ nursing- but at night extreme spasms that  seems to come from his belly, baby is moving and screaming, trying to run away from pain ( does not always fully wake up)

spasms lasts 5-15 seconds with 15-20 min intervals 

belly seems soft before and after each spasm

we are now trying to use a little olive oil to prevent constipation,

but night spasms are continuing and not improving 

and then again, during the day baby is happy and healthy looking

2 days ago he developed a high fever, lasted 24 hours

night symptoms are continuing, possibly are getting worse

we consulted with urgent care- no help there ( stool was tested for bacteria)

please let us know from your expertise what this night spasms could possibly be and how to help this baby asap
