CECD English  To Serve | Mark 10:45 For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many. Announcements     11:00AM Fellowship | Our English congregation hopes to build greater fellowship and deeper worship.  We are creating a “space” before our worship service to connect and have fellowship.  Come 15 minutes earlier at 11AM to meet and catch up with people.  Our service will begin at 11:30am to accommodate this fellowship time.       FUSE Pumpkin Carving Party, Saturday Oct 29 | Hang  out. Connect. To help their family settle back into the states with their newest addition, please consider taking the time to serve their family with the gift of a meal so that their time can be focused on bonding with John.  Also, if you haven't met them yet this is a great opportunity for you to do so.  Please visit http://www.TakeThemAMeal.com (username: Rowland password: John) for more information.   Operation Christmas Child | Our church will be participating in the Samaritan’s Purse ministry, Operation Christmas Child.  We will be collecting shoe boxes filled with gifts and necessities from Oct. 23 - Nov. 13.  Empty shoe boxes and information pamphlets are in the foyer.  For more information, contact Dorothy Moon (dorot...@gmail.com or 303-249-2741).  We will also be volunteering our time at Denver's OCC warehouse on Dec. 8.  More details to come.   Camp Crossroads Follow Up | 3 months ago, over 100 teens and counselors retreated to be Set Apart. On November 11, we will be having a follow up lock-in at BCEFC from 7pm to 11:15am the next morning. Pray for the whole Rowland family (Jason, Erin, Kelly, Kate, and Joe) who will be meeting and welcoming their new adopted baby boy, John, into their family on Oct 31st.  Pray for great compassion for the family towards John in remembering where he comes from and what he’s been through.   They return home on 11/12.
