CECD English  To Serve | Mark 10:45 For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many. Announcements  Christmas Eve Service, Dec 24 | Our church will be gathering our congregations together to celebrate Christmas Eve on Saturday, Dec 24th @ 7pm.    Christmas Sunday Combined Worship, Dec 25 | On Dec 25th, our church will have a combined service to celebrate Christmas day.  Our service will begin at 10am. Congregational Vote Update | Praise God!  Our new deacon nominations, Shan Wong and Teddy Yueh and our church's 2012 budget were approved.  We pray God will use our church and work deeply through our congregation in the coming year.    FUSE: Ice Skating, Jan 7 | Hang out. Connect. Do life. We're breaking bread and skating together to begin the new year! Both will be at the Ice Centre at the Promenade. We'll meet to eat at noon and skate at 1:15pm on 1/7. Please consider taking the time to serve their family with the gift of a meal so that their time can be focused on bonding with John. As we put away our summer clothes and take out our winter clothes, take a moment to think about the refugees in Denver who are without winter gear and consider helping them. We will be collecting gently used sweaters, coats, gloves, hats, and boots between November 13 - December 11. Please place all donated items in the box in the foyer.   Weekly Events     11:00AM Fellowship | Our English congregation hopes to build greater fellowship and deeper worship.  Our worship begins at 11 AM with an essential “space” before our worship service to connect.  Come at 11am to meet and catch up with people.   Bi-Monthly Basketball | Come play ball. We have a group who gathers to play basketball on Saturdays from 1:30-4:30pm. We are currently evaluating various locations north of Denver.  If you would like more information or are considering joining us for the first time, contact Ivo Yueh (ivo...@gmail.com  or 720-244-3724)  Email Newsletter | We are moving our email newsletter to Google Groups for ease of communication and management.  If you have not signed up, please visit our website and subscribe to continue to receive our weekly news .
