Announcements  FUSE White Elephant Christmas Party 12/16 | Let’s congregate at Teddy and Carol’s on 12/16 @ 7:00p for a white elephant gift exchange (19065 E Dickenson Dr Aurora CO 80013)!  Please bring a gift to contribute to the activity, preferably something used from your home and the funnier the better.  If you must buy, please limit the cost to $10.  Snacks and drinks will be provided!  For questions or concerns, contact Teddy (tedd...@gmail.com or 303.618.4317).   Christmas Eve Service, Dec 24 | Our church will be gathering our congregations together to celebrate Christmas Eve on Saturday, Dec 24th @ 7pm.    Christmas Sunday Combined Worship, Dec 25 | On Dec 25th, our church will have a combined service to celebrate Christmas day.  Our service will begin at 10am.   Take Them A Meal | The Rowland family recently returned back to the states from China with their new 2yr old baby boy, John. Please consider taking the time to serve their family with the gift of a meal so that their time can be focused on bonding with John. As we put away our summer clothes and take out our winter clothes, take a moment to think about the refugees in Denver who are without winter gear and consider helping them. We will be collecting gently used sweaters, coats, gloves, hats, and boots between November 13 - December 11. Please place all donated items in the box in the foyer.   Weekly Events     11:00AM Fellowship | Our English congregation hopes to build greater fellowship and deeper worship.  Our worship begins at 11 AM with an essential “space” before our worship service to connect.  Come at 11am to meet and catch up with people.   Deacon Nomination | Each year our church nominates new deacons to serve our church in the critical and needed role of leadership.  If you would are interested in serving in this capacity, or know someone to nominate, please speak with Pastor Josh (jos...@gmail.com or 720-295-9292)     Bi-Monthly Basketball | Come play ball. We have a group who gathers to play basketball on Saturdays from 1:30-4:30pm. We are currently evaluating various locations north of Denver.  If you would like more information or are considering joining us for the first time, contact Ivo Yueh (ivo...@gmail.com  or 720-244-3724)  Email Newsletter | We are moving our email newsletter to Google Groups for ease of communication and management.  If you have not signed up, please visit our website and subscribe to continue to receive our weekly news . Prayer Needs     Pray for the whole Rowland family (Jason, Erin, Kelly, Kate, and Joe) who just returned home from China with their new adopted baby boy, John.  Pray for them as they all settle back home as a family of six that John will continue to attach well and feel safe with his new family.   Pray for families in need of healing and reconciliation  Pray for those who continue to struggle to find a job in our current economy  Pray for missionaries/ organizations that CECD supports:     Loongs, Low's, Truman Lo, Alvin Low(ACTS), Wayne Fong, Ron Willet, Overseas Campus(CCM), Paul Pruitt(OMF), McNabb's, Rick Cornish, China Evangelistic Mission (Pastor Chow)     If you have any prayer needs you would like included in our newsletter and bulletin, please email Pastor Josh (jos...@gmail.com)     If you would like to be removed from this newsletter, please reply here with the subject line: remove.
