Hey,
I don't quite know who's on the list, but how's everyone doing?
I'm staying at Stanford for summer research and coming home at the end of August for 3 weeks only.
Sad that I probably won't be able to see any of you in Suzhou since my schedule is weird...
A UWC graduate a few years above me, Shenghan Yan, asked me to pass on a message to UWC Chinese community.
Email me back if you're interested in the position, or you just want to catch up.

Here's her message:
As I have been telling you, I am still helping Zeal or Xueer with the
recruitment and I am hoping you can reach out to some of the UWC kids or
any of your friends whom you think will be fit for this job. Knowledge
of Chinese and interest in
China will be a huge plus, but in general we are looking for people
with good communication skills and a passion for helping others. The
time commitment will be 20-30 hours in total for each project,
which typically is completed over a period of 2-3 months. Most
previously consultants found this to be quite feasible. I attached two
files below. The one titled Easy Steps to Refer tells you
everything you need to know to recommend someone to me. The other
document, Consultant Referral Letter,
is
created merely for your convenience when you are writing to your
friends (please cc me on the email too). If you can come up with maybe
5-10 potential candidates, that
will be great. And one thing I'd like to bring up is that we do pay $15
for each successful referral as a token of our appreciation. I think we
have made the process very streamlined, so it won't take much of your
time to do the referring and don't have to worry about the follow-ups
after the introduction.
