再请教一下，PrimaCom的网络合同怎么取消。给公司的邮箱发过邮件快一周了，到现在还没回复。

你可以想办法打热线直接找人说，并且说已经发了信了，都过了那么长时间，问什么时候才会回复？！

或者网络上面直接写消息，说要kun网，问什么时候回应。

反正就是全线进攻，至少表明你已经进行过申请取消账户的动作，他们没法拖延和赖账。

一般这些方式他们都会有回应的，因为都是有书面或者录音记录的。至于速度嘛。。。看rp了~
