Overpraising and Smoking
తెగ పొగిడే వారికి, పొగ తాగే వారికి దూరంగా ఉండడం మనకు (మన ఆరోగ్యానికి) చాలా మంచిది, ఎందుకంటే ఇవి ఇద్దరికీ (పొగిడే వాడు, పొగడబడే వాడు; పొగ తాగే వాడు, ఆ పొగ పీల్చీవాడు) హాని చేస్తాయి.
Stay away from those people who smoke near to you, who overpraise you for their own benefits. Because smoking and overpraising will effects the both.

Types of Smoking:-
1. Active smoking
Smoking can cause diseases of the respiratory and cardiovascular systems, active pregnancy problems for females.
Air exhaled by smokers contains higher concentrations of these chemicals carbon monoxide, benzene and volatile organic compounds.
2. Passive smoking (Secondhand tobacco smoke)
Passive smoking is involuntary exposure to tobacco smoke. The secondhand smoke inhaled by passive smokers is a mixture of smoke exhaled by smokers and smoke directly released from smouldering tobacco. It contains nicotine as well as various carcinogens and toxins.
