I have just stumbled across this On line PCB design software that runs in your browser http://www.circuits.io/ they aim to make it possible to have one off PCBs made very cheaply. The design software runs in your browser and is very easy to use see the video on their homepage.

Once fully under way this could be a good way for radio clubs etc to do buildathon projects and the like.
