Positions Available at East China Normal University
The Institute of China Innovation (ICI) at East China Normal University (Shanghai, China) invites applications for a number of positions at the ranks of both Associate and Full professor with expertise in science and technology management, innovation and regional development. Positions for Post-Doctoral scholars are also available. We seek candidates with background in management, geography, education, and economics.
The Institute of China Innovation (ICI) at East China Normal University was founded in 2009 and is one of the strategic research centers approved by the Ministry of Education. The Institute concentrates the faculty from geography, education, management and economics within East China Normal University, among which both Geography and Education are among China’s top-tiers. It focuses research on strategic issues such as science and technology policy, urban and regional innovation, higher-education development and talent training. Its mission is to provide support and advice for the decision-making at various central and local government agencies in China, based on fundamental and forward-looking research on frontier issues with great academic values as well as critical practical implications for China’s development.
