ECE是欧洲最大的商业地产开发商与运营商。在以德国为核心的欧洲和周边17个国家已经成功开发并运营了189个大大小小的Mall，租赁面积达6百多万平方米，租户17500家。ECE设计中心有两百人左右，是ECE的核心部门，承担着设计管理者和设计师的双重职责。除了建筑设计以外，还有室内设计、灯光、绿色节能、商业空间故事和品牌策划、商业平面设计或咨询、旧的商业建筑和品牌更新等。（word文件中有具体的服务范围） 设计中心向中国和俄罗斯、南美等地输出设计和咨询的服务。
