好不容易准备好了材料,不知道邮寄地址,哪个Center处理快些, 哪位麻烦告诉我一下,
打算这个星期寄走了,

Even you efile, you still need to send all supporting documents, right?
So I didn't efile. I just want to send all the documents to the Center.
Do you know the address?

efile后会明确告诉你寄到该去的center，你选择不efile，就根据140 instruction上的指示和地址来

在线填，你先找好efile的教程，我记得文学城上的皮匠有写，不efile交表格也行的
