交了I140绿卡申请表以后还能延期DS2019表吗？

现在做博后，DS2109表上只有一年的时间，如果我现在叫I140表的话，等DS2019表上的时间快结束的时候，还能延期吗？
会不会因为移民倾向拒绝延长DS2019?
