Seeking your help in raising 12K DDF for China Water Project.

Hi Mike,

 

As we discussed in our conference call yesterday, you indicated that you would be willing to call a few DGs for the China Water project.  This email is being sent using my email address, but it was drafted during our meeting yesterday of the China Project Team. 

 

Items to highlight with the other DG's:

·        Currently water is trucked in, and is unhealthy (high in Arsenic and Fluoride)

·        Project will provide healthy running water to about 500 villagers.

·        Demonstrates to China the benefit of allowing Rotary back into China. 

·        Remaining needed is $12,000 DDF.  (Total project is $32,000.)

·        Need an answer quickly (in July preferred) to allow hand digging trenches before the ground freezes.
