Move Sept session to Sept 16th

Next Tuesday we will have some important US visitors here and most of us don’t have time to chair workshop. How about move this session to Sept 16?

Robert agreed to provide a presentation of moblin to us for this time.

Unfortunately, I will be in travel in Sept 10~21, can not take part in work shop this time. It's a
pity to miss this great speech ....
