Level 14 Retraining

Hey... I need your opinion:   I am thinking of retraining Mighty Sprint (encounter, move action, move speed +4, +5 to athletic checks, ignore difficult terrain) with Daring Shout, it has a typo, spelled as Daring Shot, despite the fact that, you know, you don't shoot anything. Daring Shout is a minor action encounter power  that lets you mark all opponents in close burst 1 AND gain Con Mod Temporary Hitpoints multiplied by the number of mooks marked.   I can actually get both by getting the feat Skill Power: Athletics (Mighty Sprint) and Daring Shout in my Fighters level six slot.
