Thanks Dong. 

I was thinking, in lieu of Off-Hand Strike, why not Plant to the Hilt? Same damage, two Attacks, and i can position the target to a better position.

I made changes to the other skills as recommended.

since level fifteen naman yung frost weapon, look up the drizzt bazaare of the bizarre article. There is a level 15 heavy blade weapon withe the frost property but also gives fire resistance.   If neal is dumping Sarek, i am keeping mageta for battlefield control/zones.

Yeah listen to Dong, even rogues have a minor action 2w vs reflex at level 3. Its sky blue to gold. Rangers spam twin strike for their standards, everything else should be either a stance, an immediate or a minor. Action:Round Economy
