I also uploaded Cinder in the Chimera files section. When I left,
Cinder was at 74 HP and has Oak Hammer Rage currently active. I don't
remember using encounter powers. Also, here's the breakdown of damage
when Cinder charges using Howling Strike: 2d6[w] + 2d6 [weapon ability
when charging] + 2d6 [helm bonus + paragon charging feature] + 2d6
[howling strike bonus] + 12 + 2 [raging] + [push enemy 1 square].
Cinder also has the Hammer Rhythm feat, so target should receive 5
damage whenever Cinder misses.
