New version of IdStorage Manager. Key new features are:
Added ability to create and delete keys.
Inverted the color scheme to make it easier on the eyes.

Major update, so read the readme. Finally added editing the keys. You
can change the colors the text uses. It displays the PSP model,
region, and motherboard. While viewing keys, it displays a small
status on select keys.
