Catskills Summer Season Sublet in the Coolest Lil Town in the Catskills

Please help me spread the word, I am subletting my fabulous spot here in Phoenicia NY for the summer.  Just up the road from town, my place is 2 bedrooms (could be up to four if you use the 2nd living room and the dressing area upstairs as extra bedrooms.  It's on a sweet plot of land overlooking the mountains, a short walk to Silver Hollow Road, lots of cool swimming holes, private hikes and all that idyllic awesome upstate stuff.  

I'm asking $5000 for the summer (June 30 - August 31 and yeah, Labor Day Weekend is negotiable) Needs to be the right person, someone who will appreciate being in the country and close to all the stuff we adore about the area.  

This is a pet friendly rental.  Kid friendly too (for sure!)
