Weekly Chakra Meditation Group
at Namaste Sacred Healing Center

Wednesdays, starting February 26 @ 6-7 pm

Namaste Sacred Healing Center is delighted for opportunities to bring community together in Sacred conversation and exploration.  Starting this week, Dianne will be offering a weekly Chakra Meditation Group every Wednesday night from 6-7 pm.  These guided meditations vary from week to week and are an opportunity to infuse yourself with the vibrational energy of one or more Chakras.  There is time for connection and reflection in the group as well.    

All are welcome and no meditation experience is necessary, but space is limited so please RSVP to 845-679- 6107 or namast...@gmail.com.

Suggested donation is $15.
