An RFD has just been published in news:news.group to rename the worldwide
rec.scouting.misc newsgroup to rec.scouting.worldwide (in order to avoid the
risk of inadvertent posting of material which has bo relevance outside the
country of origin), and to establish a new newsgroup for the discussion of
international camps and activities rec.scouting.international.
