The Journal is an international electronic and peer reviewed quarterly journal with, as the name suggests, focus on neonatal surgical disorders. Surgical neonate requires multimodality care with a team of obstetrician, Pediatric/Neonatal Surgeon, neonatologist, pediatric/neonatal cardiologist, neonatal intensivist, and supportive specialties like geneticists and nursing, who play a vital role in the care of the surgical neonate.

 

The purpose of this journal is to provide a common platform to all those who are involved in the care of the baby with an anomaly for exchange of knowledge and ideas to improve care with a common goal to bring about significant reduction in mortality even in the remotest areas of the developing countries. 

 

This being the first issue, there may be some shortcomings, but with your support we will strive for eminence in this subspeciality of pediatric surgery.
