Dear all, Recalling the meeting we held at Huyslinc sometime back, it was resolved that our group would organize and  participate in Dac as one of our activities for this year. This included some financial contribution from each member organization. Mr Ssenkima was to take lead in coming up with a budget or advising us on how much we are to contribute, i'm not sure whether this was done because i have not received  any mail to that effect.  My humble request is that the key leaders should write to us explaining the position esp concerning the financial contribution so that we can share the same with the finance office so that we can be able to arrange for the contribution if necessary. Put in mind the activity is for June, so we need an earlier arrangement concerning this. I will appreciate if i can get a feedback on this issue. As pertains the next meeting to be held at our org, i will be giving u a date before the week ends because we shall be having a meeting concerning the hosting of the group tomorrow. RACOBAO has undertaken to work out a detailed budget for DAC. Expect this on Friday. What was done earlier is just showing contributions but not budget lines or cost centers.

 

This will be clear soon.
