Find attached the concept note for DAC to be organized by RACOBAO in Lyantonde on 18^th June 2013.

 

Members were suggesting that we add T-shirts to the budget. This implies that members will have to contribute more to the budget.

Dear stephen,

The concept is great but on the budget we need to include allowance for those coming from Kampala. Remember , how much they give us when we attend functions with them in the city. we need to include around UGX100,000 person on top their transport refund
