Dear Coleagues,
As you will read the attached documents, you will find that MACIS whose whereabouts are detailed in the attached flyer on MACIS, secured support from GAVI for interventions on community mobilization for child immunization as you can see from the attached fliyer on GAVI.. MACIS whishes to identify CBOs and NGOs with whom interventions will be undertaken at the grassroots. Therefore, through HUYSLINCI, the MACIS central Node Coordinator requests pottential CBOs and NGOs to complete the MACIS membership form attached to help in mapping out organizations with whom it will implement the GAVI interventions in the Central region including the districts of Kampala, Wakiso, Mubende, Nakasongola, Kayunga, Mukono, Sembabule, Rakai, Lyantonde, Mityana, Kibaale, Kiboga, Luwero, Nakaseke, etc, in the central region of Uganda. Therefore, if you recieve this communication and qualify for the exercise and MACIS membership, please complete the attached MACIS membership and scan the required attachments and submit them via this very e-mail addresss before 25th April 2013. The form must be completed by both the current MACIS members and those that wish to be recruited. pass on to whoever you feel needs this information.
