First to reject it was The Uganda Law Reform Commission, then came Prime Minister who is leader of Govt Business, now its Uganda Human Rights Commission and amidst all that, citizens are up in arms against it as men, women, culturalists and your fellow MPs are irreconcilable about it being sexist, redundant and undermines cultural diversity. So one wonders motive of Minister of Ethics and Integrity, Father Simon Lokodo, whose bill is this and whose interests he is pushing?
Hmmmmmmm, Uganda is Such a Big Drama House one doesnt need to pay for the theatres or yo Digital TV, u just need to laugh at the ongoings in our legislative process.....

Im so happy, hope the bill ends up in the air

Alice, thanks for the comments! I for one need to understand the principles behind these urguements for and against the bill in the human rights perspective.
